At Aoshiji Custom Tool Inc., we specialize in the design and manufacture of custom-made cutting tools based on each client’s specific requirements. Due to the nature of our products and processes, the following policies apply:

**1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable**
All orders for custom-designed cutting tools are final and **non-refundable** once production has begun. These products are manufactured to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.

**2. Cancellation Window**
Orders may only be canceled within **24 hours** of official confirmation, provided that production has not started. Once manufacturing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

**3. Manufacturing Defects**
In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a solution such as:
– Rework or replacement of the tool
– Partial or full credit toward a future order

**4. Customer Responsibility**
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete specifications submitted by the customer. Please review all drawings, dimensions, materials, and other details carefully before submitting an order.
