Overview
Aoshiji® Custom Tool – 2-flute 3-step PCD step reamer with a modular, replaceable head for multi-diameter bore finishing in non-ferrous materials. The step reamer design allows three bore diameters to be machined in a single pass, supporting cycle time reduction and consistent bore quality in CNC production.
Supplied as a modular, replaceable head without an integrated shank, the tool is intended for use with ISO-standard or custom modular toolholding systems. This modular interface supports efficient replacement in production and helps reduce overall tooling cost.

Process Notes
