If your required tool is not listed, simply email us your custom tool drawing, product print, or machining details directly.
Our engineers will analyze your data and propose the most suitable solution.

2. Technical Evaluation & Quotation
Please include your tool drawing, material, tolerance, and application details in your inquiry.
Our engineering department will carefully review your requirements and provide a technical proposal with quotation within 24 hours.

3. Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once you confirm the quotation and drawing, an official Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued.
After receiving your deposit, your project will be scheduled for production within our certified partner network.

4. Technical Confirmation Before Production
Before manufacturing starts, all tool geometry, step dimensions, and coating specifications are confirmed by our engineers with you.
This ensures every tolerance and application parameter is correct before production begins.

5. Manufacturing & Quality Control
Production is carried out by Aoshiji®-certified manufacturing partners under our direct engineering supervision.
All tools are produced under Aoshiji® engineering supervision using advanced CNC grinding systems (such as WALTER and ANCA) and are 100% inspected with digital measurement equipment like ZOLLER. Each tool is delivered with a full inspection report and traceability record.

6. Balance Payment & Delivery
Once inspection is completed, balance payment is settled and shipment arranged.
We manage export documentation, customs clearance, and international logistics to ensure fast and secure delivery.
